Since we are a family run business and just started please be aware that our production time can take up to 3 months.

Preorder items are made specifically after all customer orders are received. Since these items are produced without any special requests (except those mentioned above), cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not allowed simply because the customer does not like the product.
